I don't know people's last names but the people at DWHD are pretty much the reason I always go back. Chris, and Joseph in the service department, Carols and Jazzy in parts, Paige, and Kimberly on the retail side, everyone there always makes you feel really welcome and always seem willing to talk. Carlos and Jazzy have always helped me figure out what I need to do what I want for upgrades on my bike, Chris and Joseph have great advice and are quick with service and accurate on estimates. Paige, Kimberly and Jazzy are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Desert Wind is just a great place with great people and I will continue to go there for the foreseeable future for everything I need for my bike, and sometimes just to hang out and see everyone's smiling faces.
